Belvedere house and garden is a place that people come to see the house and garden’s of belvedere, to know the history of the house and garden when the house was built and who designed the house. The history of belvedere itself starts with its 160 acre Lakeside estate with fully restored Georgian Villa, with a Victorian Walled Garden that has been naturalistic designed in the 18th century with parkland that has punctuated with beautiful and romantic follies including the largest in Ireland which is the Jealous Wall (www.belvedere-house.ie) The house itself is operated by six people. The structure of it is owned by the Westmeath County Council which has funded the estate so that it would be opened for the public to come visit and admire the entire estate and the main people involved in that would be the county manager, the head of finance and the manager of Belvedere house itself. To compare belvedere to for example Tullynally would be that belvedere house is financially owned by the Westmeath County Council which is opened to the public to visit and learn the history of belvedere where Tullynally is privately owned which all the finances is coming from them which means it’s not opened to the public. The status of tourism in terms of Belvedere is to provide access to a large number of community based projects such as sports club, arts group and local initiatives and an excellent day out with a difference (www.midirelandtourism.ie). Most funding’s comes from the government which shows huge support in terms of training and to the public. They sometimes might leave some complaints like they say about the garden not having enough plants, the location of belvedere itself, they could complain about the admission in and they could even complain about the environment. Confidentiality is usually referred to as an ethical issue. The duty of confidentiality goes beyond undertaking not to divulge confidential information it also includes a huge responsibility of making sure that all written patient information is kept securely. Equal opportunities is a term that all people should be treated the same way as everyone else. Every person should be given equal tasks that is given to each person in a work place.
