Every sports community has countless discussions within one another. The one community I will be discussing about will be the basketball community. More specifically, the debate whether the Cleveland Cavilers and the Golden State Warriors are rivalries. This is one of the most talked about topics in a basketball community, it also both fans and non-fans to be involved in this discussion. Some sports critics say that this is one of the greatest rivalries that this game has ever seen, while others take the opposite stance saying that it does not need to be considered as a rivalry. In fact, it has never been better, with the up and coming stars. After the past three World Series, the attendance has gone up, for good reasons. One argument for that would be the fact that the game is just more than something you watch, you follow that team through the whole season, watching it with friends, family making new communities for you to be a part of. Take for instance, the last World Series between the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians, more than 75 million viewers saw the entire game or just a part of it, the ratings were the highest in twenty-five years. To begin, it was about one hundred and eight years since the Cubs won a World Series and sixty-eight years since the Indians won a World Series. No other game in the World Series has come close to the amount of history involved between these two clubs. During this game, many non-baseball fans became baseball fans, therefore game is the best World Series game. The baseball community has a history of not changing its mind but when it does, it usually sends a message to everyone. That message is that we need to reconsider, where the game is placed on the all-time list of great World Series games.
