Avoiding toxic ingredients is very simple. In order to avoid these ingredients, you need to look at the Nutrition Facts label, learn more about the company you are buying from, and learn more about what pesticides are being used on your food.
The most simple way to avoid toxic ingredients is to look at the Nutrition Facts label. The
Nutrition Facts on a package of food will tell you the serving size, the total calorie count, the ingredients, and the percent Daily Values. From looking at the label you can learn how many carbohydrates, trans fat, saturated fats, cholesterol, sodium, fibers, and sugars are in the food.
