Ms. Smalls (MHP), and Mrs. Gailliard (MHS) discuss any changes with Autumn’s mood. Intervention: MHP ask for a report on Autumn’s behaviors and mood. MHP and MHS discuss possible interventions. Response: MHS report no changes with Autumn’s mood. Autumn was not home from school yet. MHS express there were some incidents, however did not get into a power struggle with Autumn. MHS explain being confuses with Autumn’s response to attempts to process and redirection. Progress: Autumn made minimal progress towards this goal. MHS report no change, however Autumn is respectful has display manner when redirected.
