Activity scheduling consist of the client utilizing a zero-to-ten scale to rate their activities for mastery and pleasure daily on an hourly basis. The therapist utilizes the schedule to identify areas that may require more focus during the therapy session. Graded task assignments are for clients who face situation that are overwhelming. The task is divided into subtasks with a goal and time interval. Completions of subtask builds self-esteem and decrease feelings of helplessness. Behavioral rehearsal consists of role play to rehearse modification of maladaptive behaviors that is possibly associated with dysfunctional cognitions.
