Ratigan has a really fat pet cat, Felicia, that follows him around and takes out other mice that Ratigan does not like. Also is friends with Fidget whom is his right-hand man.Both of the villains really don’t like Sherlock Holmes and they tried to kill him. They both died from losing in a fight against Sherlock Holmes. The two villains in the two movies were a lot more alike than Sherlock Holmes and Basil and Dr. Watson and Dr. Dawson.
