Ap Class Reflection

This class was not what I expected it to be. When thinking about an Ap class my first thought was lots of boring hard work, difficult material, and advanced testing. Instead, it was more working hard to expand individual abilities, getting more practice, and digging deeper into our skills. The atmosphere of the class was more laid back, free, and open than I had expected and I believe it paved the way for more improvement.I’ve done these self-reflections multiple time during my time in high school, in which case I would normally have pulled them out of my butt and then hoped for the best. However, this class has changed that because I truly have experienced more growth in my work over the course of the year. On February twenty-seventh, I joined a site called “Minds “, which in essence is a social media platform that seconds as a blogging site. I’ve been a member of the site for a few months now and shared more on my account than I ever would have before this year. For example, I shared a personal poem that I had only Previously shared on Instagram for my loved ones to see; called “ A Blur in Time, A passerby”. I have also shared my thoughts and opinion on interior lockdowns, and the issue of school shootings. I’ve also had the pleasure of sharing different forms of art such as, poetry from class, quotes, and other materials that my subscribers post or remind. The fact that I was able to post these things at all was a big risk for me. Especially because of the fact that I had shared a few controversial topics and my personal writing, on a network where I don’t personally know any of my followers and where people don’t feel obliged to respond
