In order to be healthy, each individual needs to understand and incorporate the five dimensions of health and wellness into their life. The first dimension is emotional health, for example, i am dealing with a recent death in my family. This situation helped me realize how I was handling my emotions and manage them in a constructive way. Another example would be moving away from home and becoming independent. Here I've learned to cope with being away from my family, while taking advantage of the opportunities around me.
