SUMMARY OF THE MOVIE- Toy Story is the initially enlivened film by Pixar Directed by John Lasseter. Toy Story takes after a gathering of toys who put on a show to be dead at whatever point people are available. These toys are possessed by a kid named Andy. On His birthday he gets Buzz Light year who trusts himself as a genuine astronaut. Andy feels to supplant with his most loved toy Woody. As Andy gets ready for a family excursion at Pizza Planet, his mom permits him to bring only one toy along. Dreading Andy will pick Buzz, Woody endeavors to trap Buzz behind a work area. These goals are precise and accurate in nature and all the team members have specific tasks to follow. All the members keep in mind the rules and regulations for doing the tasks and achieving the goals. Their ultimate aim is to achieve the set goal within the prescribed time for which they evolved as a team. Examples from the film- When Sid was planning to blow Buzz with the help of a fire rocket, the plan got delayed because of thunder storm and at the same night, Mutant toys, Buzz and Woody came up with rescue plan and decided to save each other from Sid. This shows that they worked as a team with a specific objective of saving the friends/members. At the end, they all managed to save their lives from Sid and their mission got accomplished. 4 stages of group Cycle- - Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing 1.
