He taught his son how to be a true leader in the future by discipline and show unconditional love to his son. This is shows that leadership able to motivate and discipline the members while doing their work. A good leader able to teach his members without any force and be understanding about condition of his members so that the members able to do their jobs. In this movie, King Mufasa always encourage his son as to be a true leader in his kingdom, he need to be strong and courageous for his people. He is a Scottish born Canadian engineer and inventor and he used his engineering, surveying and mapmaking skill to build the railway which before he became a railway engineer, Fleming works as a surveyor. Fleming also inventor of worldwide standard time and also the standard times zone used today. After studying science and engineering, and serving professional apprenticeship in Scotland ,he becoming engineer in chief for Northern Railway in 1857. He also designed the first postage stamp of Canadian and have been titled as Father of Standard Time because of his contribution to the present system of time zone. Fleming retired from surveying in 1880 and became a Chancellor of Queen’s University in Kingston for 35 years. He called a leader because of his the first person who make a change for the standard time zone and as a leader he able to contribute something that give the benefit towards the world until today. A good leader is person who make a change to give a good result. Besides, he also has a great skill as a railway engineer which cause him able to become a chief engineer.
