The first violent scene starts off with Miklo killing a rival member from Tres Puntos, ‘Spider’, on a hill top during broad daylight. This was the start of it all, Miklo ends up in San Quentin, a gringo in a prison full of different mafias who each have an eye out for him. Although Miklo’s intention was to get back at the gang who handicapped his cousin, he never meant to kill the main head of Tres Puntos.
The next incident happens in San Quentin, whereas Miklo wanted to join a La Onda in order stay protected and also because he wanted to be a part of it. Before the killing, Montana and Big Al bump heads at the cafeteria lines which led Montana in appointing Milko in killing Big Al. Since he killed him, he got to be a part of Onda and that’s what led Miklo to gain trust with Montana.
When Miklo was a part of the robbery, Paco was on duty while patrolling. When they got confirmation that it was a robbery, they quickly got to the destination and ended up shooting at the robbers that were shooting at them. Paco and Miklo ran into each other after Miklo was hiding and recognized it was Paco and told him that it was Miklo. Paco told him that he would help him but Miklo ran away even though Paco told him to stop and shot his leg which gave him a prosthetic leg.
