Following our goals we maintain a high level of motivated to keep striving and moving forward, once a local lemonade stand now has manifested into something I think could have very great potential. Planning to expand to every local grocery market; making A Simply Better Lemonade nationally known.

Promotion will come in the form of indirect communication through such social media as well as face-to-face communication within the stores in areas that I plan to introduce the product to (Bovee, 2012, p.308). Using social media I believe it’s a great tool and the use of it could be exponential without spending a fortune to promote. Promoting within the store will better inform potential customers of the new product and hopefully encourage to purchase.
Distribution will be from in house directly to retailers using selective distribution, working outwards from our warehouse to other local retail grocery markets. As demand becomes greater our course of action is to use marketing intermediaries. Intermediaries will perform a variety of important marketing operations, which will include providing information to customers, feedback to producers, sales support, gathering assortments of goods from multiple producers, and transporting and storing goods. Using social media we will initiate and facilitate conversations back and forth in a networked community of current customers, and other interested potential customers (Bovee, 2012, p.382). With the use of social network we’ll be able to broadcast to a wide audience, generating awareness of my new product. Using social media won’t use any money for startup.
Personal selling “remains a fundamentally important part of the promotional mix in many consumer and organizational markets.” (Bovee, 2012, p.376) This element will take place in stores where the product is being introduced. Public relations will also tie into this aspect of personal selling. The ability to answer questions on the spot, interact, and gain feedback in person will be exponential for success. Cost with this form of promotion I believe will be on the low cost side; roughly 6 day work week , 8 hour day looking at about $480 a week per employee. This number also varies on the number of stores we supply
