Alexander Graham Bell was born on March,3,1847 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Alexanders father wanted him to take over the family business although alexander had other ideas in mind. Trying to find a way out of his situation he decided to take care of his elderly grandfather who became sick in 1862. His grandfather told young Alexander that the way to make it big was to become smart and intellectual. Later at the age of 16 Bell finally took his father's offer and started working with him. Bell's mother Eliza struggled with hearing for most of her life and had to have a large black ear trumpet for herself to properly hear others and understand what is going on.

Dying from diabetes at the ripe old age of 75 years old. Many mourned his death but later accepted the fact that they had lost an iconic man in history. His death was a shock to his friends and family although he was old and was on his deathbed alexander still had a pep in his step and wanted to continue invention Alexander accomplished many great feats in his life on earth, many of his inventions made america into the great country it is today. Without Alexander Graham Bell america and other countries would still be in the dark when it came to communication. The telephone revolutionized how we see technology and without it our military, homes, businesses, schools may not be as great as they are now. His understanding in electromagnetism also gave us a better understanding of his technology to further understand his invention and make improvements upon it.
Alexander was admired by other investors. His accomplishments made him rich and famous. Alexander studied in many fields one major one being the field of electromagnetism which helped him create the telephone and helped other inventors now to better upgrade his original design and mass produce his product into the society we live in
