Deep in the jungles of Africa, an expedition of tribesmen led by two scientists from America hack their way through the thick brush and dense shrub searching for an unidentified cache. The flashlight beams pierce the pitch-blackness as they fight off the warlike attacks of the hungry mosquitoes. The beams shoot in all directions searching out the source of a familiar breathing that has spooked the natives. Off in the distance, an intense red illumination mysterious dominates the gloomy skyline, with its radiant, shimmering suggestive the impression of a distant fire. In a panic the tribesmen scurry in many directions, remaining on edge, as the breathing gets closer, the mumblings among the tribesmen troubles the scientists and their worst fears are confirmed when alarming snarls from a hungry …show more content…

His hands trembling from the emanate fear; his weapon seems frozen in time. Staring into the face of death, he stands frightfully evaluating whether or not to run, knowing it will assuredly accelerate his demise if he tries to move. The lion gazes at the horrified staff, he moves unexpectedly at the tribesman, who a remains powerless with fear, cautiously the man takes another step back. However, for some strange reason, the lion glancing back as if he was looking for something evades the tribesman. Then, with a sudden and deafening roar, he turns. Their eyes meet, but for a moment, long enough for the man to realize, those eyes may be the last thing he ever sees. Leaping forward the lion prepares to attack. With his last act of defiance, the tribesman closes his eyes and screams. However, spooked by something it senses is approaching the lion unexpectedly runs off frightened by the unseen
