In the beginning of 1938 for the second time in four years Germany took over Austria with some violence and joined Austria to the Nazis. On March 12th Hitler started puting German troops into Austria. Austria then was a federal state of Germany. Then the Allied powers won world war 2 and re created Austria from Nazi Germany and what happened to Germany. Schuschnigg was then free from prison when Austria was freed from the Nazi. On March 12th, 1938, Austria was Annexed By Nazi Germany. Austria Gladly let Nazi Germany take over. It happened because the Nazis were super influential. They then arrested Schuschnigg and sent him off to prison.Then SeyB-Inquart took power while he was then running president and chancellor office. Hitler then started going around Austria and Germany doing speeches to get himself even more popular and the people started to love Hitler and were more excited beyond belief. Hitler was doing so good 99% wanted to be annexed to Germany. The United Kingdom and France failed to act to this. The Prime minister of Britain Neville Chamberlain protested against Germany's government. He also had some back up of force against Germany in order to create a situation against the Nazis. Neville failed to back up his words. On March 17th , 1938, THe Soviet Union tried to organize a group to do a attack on Germany. But then Neville with others said not to do that. On October 7th 1938, Lord Haffix of britain brought a letter of ill treatment. But then Hitler said back if anyone gets in my way they would be vanquished. Hitler Also added that Germany” cannot be tolerated of the tutelage Governments”. British politics were starting to get worried about the fate of Germany.
