Stress-Management Study Introduction A case study was performed on 4 students to observe how they managed their time. Once the observation was complete, the students were then given a time management technique to try out for a week and give feedback at the end. Depending on their feedback they were then given another technique that would better tailor to their liking. I took a strong liking to ABC planning since I would find myself jumping back and forth between assignments instead of staying focused on one. ABC planning helped me plan which assignment I would work on first before moving on to the next one.
