Recommended: Career goals in health care

My childhood unleashed a desire. A desire of dressing up and playing with pretend medical instruments which soon flourished into using real surgical instruments as a dental nurse. My love for the health field combined with my compassionate manner lead me to become a carer and now into a more specific interest as a Operation Department Practitioner; and in the future a plastic surgery assistant.
After moving to Australia in 2008 I discovered my adoration for working within the health field whilst completing my final years of schooling and throughout my experience operating as a dental nurse for a year and six months. Having worked as a dental nurse, I believe that having the ability to help patients through the traumatic experience of surgery; allows me to combine my knowledgeable interest in the health sector with my characteristically caring nature.
