The Big Bang Theory is the leading exploration on how the world was created and how it is expanding.
The big bang theory is just one of the theories of how the universe was created, most and is the most popular out all of them .
One of the other believes is that god created everything and nothing else could have made it .
The idea of the big bang theory was made in the early 1920 by a guy named Georges Lemaitre . When he thought that the universe was made by a single primordial atom . Edwin Hubble also supported his idea because it went along with his observations that the galaxies were moving away due to something. There is also many other thing they have discovered that will also support the big bang idea . For example space and time seem to be expanding in all directions due to an explosion and also leading to conclude that there was a focal point for expansion .
““Three main observational results over the past century led astronomers to become certain that the universe began with the big bang.”( Yuki D. Takahashi ) One of the reasons was that the universe is expanding , since the universe is expanding they think that it first had to have been together for it to expand unless a explosion happened . 2nd it is that the big bang perfectly explains why there so much ambulance .
According to the big bang theory the world emerged 13.8 billion years ago at a single moment in a huge explosion. Most of what we know is because of mathematical theory and models.Scientes can still see the explosion through what is called the cosmic microwave it is also known as the afterglow.
There are things called “singularity”( NASA ) these things are zones that defy our current understanding of physics. It is thought to exist in the middle of...

...ow it was in the past . This is because light takes a long time to cover large amount of spaces . For example one of the closest star is Proxima Centauri which is 4 light years away , this means that you see it how it was 4 light years ago.
There is still many unanswered questions due to the big bang theory , but there is still many thing to discover and every day we are learning something new about our universe .
Definitions:
Supernova : “a star that suddenly increases greatly in brightness because of a catastrophic explosion that ejects most of its mass.”( Google )
COBE : is a satellite that was sent precisely for cosmology, sometimes referred to as Explorer 66.”The Cosmic Background Explorer”( Google )
Dark Energy : is a repulsive force that counteracts gravity and causes the universe to expand at a faster rate .
In many theories that come into the light in the scientific field, there are always gaps, there are always issues within each that have no explanation to them. For example, the big bang theory, this is a theory that attempts to explain how the universe was created. This theory states that the universe began as a very small, dense, and hot ball (Imagine the universe all put into a ball the size of a pen tip) with no stars or atoms. This ball then expanded incredibly quickly. The universe was then formed as the way it is now. Personally, I feel as if this theory has a major hole that prevents me from believing it is possible. This hole is, “What exactly put this ball into motion in the first place?”
It is clear that we would need further evidence and advances in physics before it will be remotely possible to know the fate of our universe. Scientists now think, and mostly agree with each other that the fate of the universe depends on three main things: the overall shape or geometry of the universe, how much dark energy it contains, and on the “equation of state”; which determines how the density of dark energy responds to the expansion of the universe.
The number of theories surrounding how the universe materialized is nearly endless, but Krauss’ thesis is one of the most convincing and buttressed that has been proposed. Lawrence Krauss is one of the most well respected theoretical physicists and cosmologists in America and has done extensive research on how and why the universe is in existence. Like the title of his book, A Universe from Nothing: Why There is Something Rather than Nothing, his entire theory surrounds the fact the universe was created from nothing. In support of his argument, he explores the weight and shape of the universe, dark matter and energy, quantum mechanics, visual particles, and expansion rates. While the world may never know exactly how the universe was created, society is getting closer to figuring it out and Krauss may have been the one to figure it out.
Imagine traveling to the very core of our Milky Way galaxy. What would you see? You would see millions of stars littering the night sky. And on the horizon a strange black sphere emerges. It’s a black hole. An object so dense that not even light can escape it. However, it isn’t the only one out there. Black holes are one of the most mysterious objects in our known universe. This topic has been argued for decades, when Albert Einstein first predicted black holes in 1916. Many astronomers proposed theories about black holes, to black holes being a wormhole, to black holes being the very reason to our existence.
Snow Yu Yu 1 Professor Antoine Core 001 01/05/17 Quantitative Assignment According to astronomers from NASA, they estimated that the Big Bang happened between 12 and 14 billion years ago. But how much do we know about the universe after many decades later? In 1959, an institute named SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) started a project about the universe with opportunity and curiosity.
Have you ever taken the time to reflect and glaze upon the night sky, conjecturing and dreaming of what lies beyond our planet? Our universe also known as the Milky Way Galaxy is very miscellaneous and unique. With many marvelous wonders, the Milky Way Galaxy holds about mysterious belongings that are very challenging for human minds to understand due to the many complications that arise when we try to examine and explore the principles of space. One of the universe biggest mysteries is that of the ever indescribable, black hole. By definition, a black hole is a “celestial body so dense that light cannot escape its gravitational pull. It is formed when a star gravity causes it to collapse into itself.”(Oracle 1)There’s been a myth about black holes that has caught my attention and in this essay I will discuss such myth and explain the truths and false parts of the myth. Thus the myth states that once captured by a black hole there is no escape. For it is said that there is a great inward pull of gravity that is so overwhelming, which allows any matter or energy to disappear from the universe.
Black holes are the remains after a large star dies in a supernova
The Big Bang is a theory that the universe was created in a very large
The strength of the Big Bang theory lies in the evidence for it, not the mechanism used to explain it. Actually, the theory has been revised a great deal since its first proposition and is probably not exactly as you think it is. I'll explain it in the order of historical development. My apologies if this is a bit technical - don't worry if you don't understand it all.
In conclusion the many scientist that are working to prove the Big Bang are hopefully making a lot of progress in their research and later in life i would like to see it proved so we can at least have some peace of mind. fifteen billion years ago all of the matter and energy of space was contained at one point an explosion known as the big bang occurred all matter and energy moved away at a very fast rate. This is what i believe and i hope you do to.
For all intents and purposes, there are two views of the beginning of the universe. One of these is the creation told in chapters one and two of Genesis. Genesis confirms that God created the Heavens and the Earth on the first day of the first week of Earth’s history.
Fifteen billion years ago, give or take five billion years, the entirety of our universe was compressed into the confines of an atomic nucleus. Known as a singularity, this is the moment before creation when space and time did not exist. According to the prevailing cosmological models that explain our universe, an ineffable explosion, trillions of degrees in temperature on any measurement scale, that was infinitely dense, created not on fundamental subatomic particles and thus matter and energy but space and time itself. Cosmology theorists combined with the observations of their astronomy colleagues have been able to reconstruct the primordial chronology of events known as the big bang.
The big bang theory is an attempt to explain how the world began. The big bang theory begins with what is called a “singularity.” This term is used to describe an area in space which defies all the known laws of physics. Singularities are thought to exist at the core of black holes. Black holes are areas of intense gravitational pressure. The pressure is thought to be so intense that matter is pressed together into an infinite amount of pressure. The dense hot mass of the singularity slowly expanded. This process is called inflation. As the singularity expanded the universe went from dense and hot to cool and expansive. Inflation is still continuing on today which means that the universe is continually expanding.
This is probably the greatest discovery imaginable; however, the universe still seems to be a very controversial subject.
The Big Bang Theory is the most logical and tested explanation for the universe. Scientists believe the universe began 13.7 billion years ago, when the universe exploded outward at ten billion Kelvin. Surprisingly, scientists believe the universe was smaller than an electron before it exploded. Also, the zone in which the big bang occurred doesn’t follow the common rules of physics. This is known as a singularity, which are believed to exist only in black holes. Sadly, scientists know very little about singularities because of their complexity and difficulty to study. Luckily, The Hadron Collider, a massive machine, has the capability to recreate a miniature big bang, which would allow scientists to study
