The United States is one of the most world ethical diverse and multicultural nations in the world. With 317 million, the United States is the fourth-largest country by total area and third largest by population. The histories of both countries are also well known of life events including its economy. However, some historians believe that because China followed a "dynastic cycle" for so long, the society was unchanging and stagnant. But the fact of the matter is that China was actually undergoing massive changes within itself which would lead to the shaping of a new China.
The Qin and Zhou Dynasties were very much alike In their economy and geography but there style of government is what set them apart. Geographically the Qin and Zhou dynasties were both located in the Northeast part of China. They both were very successful in agriculture because of the fertile soil from the Yellow River. But they had more differences than similarities especially in regards to their established political system, the different nature of the civil service exams, different forms of trade that played major roles in their economies, and the levels of dependence of the East and West on each other for goods. These factors, among many would greatly affect the development of history and the entire world would be arguably, much more different if it were not for the contrasting and similar aspects of China under the Han Dynasty and the Roman Empire.
More than two thousand years ago, two great empires arose. The Chinese and the Roman Empires. Having different locations, there were obvious differences from the start, assembly and the collapse of the empires, but there were also astonishing similarities. Located in modern time Asia and Europe, the Chinese and Roman empires were revolutionary with their ideas and accomplishments in their time from the start to the end of their empires.

Comparison of American and Chinese Cultures Cultural differences are apparent from one group of people to another. Culture is based on many things that are passed on from one generation to the next. Most of the time, people take for granted their language, beliefs, and values. When it comes to the cultural differences of people, there is no right or wrong. People should be aware of others culture and respect the differences that exist between them.
From the beginning of their establishment, the bilateral relations between the United States of America and China have changed throughout the time. The bilateral relations of the two countries emerged from 1970’s with the ‘Ping-Pong’ diplomacy and there have been many pauses in their mutual relations. The US and China enjoyed cooperation in economic and military spheres and the mutual relations grew massively during until the end of 1990’s. The heads of the two states began visiting each other’s countries and the economic ties were tightening year by year. However, the issues of human rights and free speech declined mutual Sino-American relations. The American principle of democracy promotion and human rights protection minimized the Sino- American relations after the Tiananmen Square events in 1989, the US Presidents-George Bush and Bill Clinton- playing a key role in determining the further American foreign policy towards China.
I stayed in China for more than 20 years, and then came to the United States last year. During the last year, I kept comparing the two countries and found both similarities and differences.
The Chinese dynastic system was highly admired for its vast structural integrity which allowed it to persevere for more than two millennia. The Xia Dynasty was the first recorded dynasty in Chinese history, founded by a man named Shun who renounced his throne to his trusted official Yu. Rather than pass the power to someone qualified for the position, Yu then entrusted the Dynasty to his son Qi, setting the precedence for the Dynastic rule. 1 This ushered in the Hereditary System which was followed by many dynasties to come. Under the hereditary system the power was passed down through the family members. This system also had an added benefit of ensuring stability and continuity within the nation’s infrastructure.2
China's development is praised by the whole world. Its developments are not only in the economic aspect, but as well in its foreign affairs. Compared with other developed countries, China is a relatively young country. It began constructing itself in 1949. After 30 years of growth, company ownership had experienced unprecedented changes. Entirely, non-state-owned companies can now be more involved in sectors that used to be monopolized by state-owned companies.
