There are many types of discrimination in the America such as racial, religious, age, disability, and sexual. As college students, discrimination will play a major role in minorities lives as they look for employment or whom they are employed with. Discrimination and the opportunities for promotion are still common even though companies create a safe place to prevent racial discrimination.
