They help you move and support the body, but by having them helps to make sure that people can do their daily activities and stay physically active. Daily physical activity reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Research shows that low rates are seen with 120 to 150 minutes a week , at minimum of average-intensity aerobic activity. The more physical activity a person does, the lesser the risk will be. Eating right and following healthy habits also decreases the risk. C.
