Children around the world should be provided with quality education to learn and develop confidence. Education is fundamental human rights of achieving economic growth and sustaining a healthy society. It is the source of breaking the cycle of poverty and it ensure that all people have control of their destiny.
A child’s educational life is also destined by a teacher; teachers are the person who educates children. Children normally become familiar with one language and are required to learn a second language are associated with long-term positive cognitive outcomes (Bialystok 2001,Michelli et.al 2004). Researchers have also found that children begin to acquire a second language before the age of six and can speak the language like a native speaker that children who didn’t start until after the age of six or seven (bongaerts,2005).
