President William McKinley’s death was unjustified because he was a caring man. He cared for the citizens of this country. He was caring for his wife and first lady, Ida McKinley, even though he had business to attend to, and though he had no choice but to go to these meetings and conferences, he still stayed by her side through her illness. He went to an event the night he was shot to celebrate America’s win in the Spanish American war. People say that President McKinley cared so much about the world and what its outcome would be in the future, that when people heard he was assassinated by Leon Czolgosz, they were out for his blood. When news came out the President McKinley died September 14, 1901, most of America was truly heartbroken. …show more content…

Some even called him a killer because he had ordered his men to take down the Spanish, and that Cubans died also. Some people said that his demons finally caught up with him and that is why he was assassinated. Leon Czolgosz said he did not want to plead innocent because he killed the President of the United States for his enemies. He said that most of his enemies were workers. (YouTube) The accusations that said President McKinley was a bad president were wrong because, the people that said he supposedly was a killer were talking about the war that he was fighting to save another country, which meant he cared about the lives of innocent people who were getting there country taken buy another that wanted too much power. And it was clear that he was not the one to pull the trigger. And the Cubans that died were on the wrong team and wanted their country to be “stabled” and with one ruler. Which made them one of the enemy. The workers were obviously mad that they did not get as much money as the next which would make them hate him more. In conclusion, late President William McKinley was not a kill, a bad president, and a bad person. He was a caring, kind hearted president and family man. He did not deserves to die for any reason.
