“Your commercials suck...The iPad is revolutionizing the world, and we need something big. You’ve given me small shit.” (Love) Steve Jobs made this statement to the man in charge of organizing Apple’s ads because Jobs believed his ad team wasn’t showing the true beauty of Apple technology. It is true Jobs was a bit vulgar but because of this the team produced one of the most visually captivating ads for technology the world has ever seen. Steve Jobs created the most powerful technology franchise to ever exist. The technology he created has revolutionized the way people think and communicate throughout the world. Jobs changed the world by introducing products such as the iPhone, iPad, and the Macintosh. His company, Apple, is among one of the …show more content…

It was Steve Jobs’ controversial personality though that contributed to his success by allowing him to learn how to properly run and control his company successfully and push those around him to make Apple great.
To start, is true Steve Jobs damaged many relationships in his life and hurt many people by the way he poorly treated others. The way he treated his daughter is as one of them. “Jobs denied paternity of his daughter Lisa for years. She and her mother ended up living on welfare.”
(Love) However this was necessary though for him because Jobs’ was not mature enough to handle a daughter at the time. He went out and pursued the dreams he had in mind for Apple instead. Jobs had to mature and learn in order to do the right thing. Apple was struggling in the
80s at the time and it can truly be shown how immature Jobs was during this period when his company dismissed him from being CEO in 1985. After his release Jobs went out and learned to preserve in this trying time and learn from his mistakes. During this ten year span he started up companies like Pixar that is now a world know, successful movie animation company. By doing this he learned from the mistakes he made with Apple and now knew how to truly make …show more content…

“He ultimately made the situation right -- he started paying child support and reimbursed the state of California for years of back child support. He ended up connecting with Lisa and she became a member of his family.” (Love) Jobs fully amended things with his daughter in the end but treating his daughter poorly in the beginning allowed him to go out and learn how to make his company successful and truly appreciate his daughter for who she was. The controversial way Jobs treated people is was truly allowed him to learn how to thrive as an entrepreneur.
In transitions, Steve Jobs was knows to be very hard on his employees, even to the extreme sometimes, but it was this pushing that helped make the company so renowned and great. "You guys don 't know what you 're doing. I 'm going to get someone else to do the ads because this is fucked up." (Love) Steve Jobs made this statement to the team in charge of making the print ads for the Bondi Blue iMac. The team was getting the colors wrong for the print ads and Jobs furious because he believed they could look so much better than that. Once
