"The Great Gatsby." This title provoked me curiosity through the reason why Gatsby is so great. The author of the book, F. Scott Fitzgerald (1896~1940), made me keep reading this book with his dexterous writing skills. This book is set up by the story of Mello and Romance.

This book has a first person narrator, Nick Carraway. He is a sincere and faithful man who lives next to the big fancy house of Gatsby that offers luxury party everyday night. He criticizes Gatsby's life of lie and his delusion, but gives high praises of his honest and serious love toward Daisy. At the result of Gatsby's death, he returns to his hometown after become disillusionment of the eastern life that has the only splendid appearance but a lack of the honesty.

Jay Gatsby is the protagonist of the story. He misjudges that the only materialism can bring his love back to him since Daisy left behind him and his poverty. Therefore, he accumulates wealth and offers magnificent party every night nearby her house waiting for her. However, as the result of his hollowed tenacity and dream in the corrupted materia...
