Taco Bell is a well known fast food chain that is all over the United States. I don’t go there often but I go ever once in awhile. When someone walks into a restaurant, they may have some expectations that they want from the place. Some may a little bit strict on what they want so they may not even go to a fast food place. And others, are not picky and will go anywhere. There are different categories that you would put Taco Bell in. There are many criterias that Taco Bell needs to meet. But depending of the evidence and the judgement, it will either pass or fail. The category that I would place Taco Bell in would be taste, presentation, employee service, and if it is cheap. Taste is important to customers, or they wouldn’t go there. It is also important because fast food is very addicting. Another important category is presentation. Some people wouldn’t want to go to a dirty table, so they should make sure that their floors and tables are clean. Employees sometimes can be frustrating. The workers don’t like their job so they take it out on the customers …show more content…
There were a little bit of trash on the floor but it wasn’t anything that was absolutely revolting. The employee was very astatic to be there, but who would be if they had to work a 4 to 5 hour shift on there feet all day, but she was pleasant. After I order my food, it was a little expensive for what just I order. I remember that I could’ve had more food for the same price or a little less at a different mexican restaurant, but that would mean that I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food to come and have to sit through many children yelling. So then, I think, “this will do”. As I walk to sit down with my food, I look and there are plenty of seats to sit in. When I take a bite of the beefy five layer burrito, it's a little too hot. So I have blow on it for it to be cool enough for me too eat. But that's nothing that I can really complain
Chick-fil-A recognizes that their brand promise starts the minute the customer enters the premises. When a store opens for the first time, the franchised operator doesn’t just see an opportunity to sell his food product, but rather a “chance to interact, build community, and engage with customers and the community at large. We do this in a variety of ways. First and foremost, we strive to provide 2nd Mile Service to each customer. As we work to continuously improve, we want customers to experience something unique. We want to build community and create relationships between our customers and our food, people and restaurants” [3].
To begin, it was very busy, there were traffic cones and employees directing traffic to get inside. The setting of Chick-fil-a was very welcoming, the employees were eager and ready to serve the customers. It was very busy during the lunch rush, but it was super clean, efficient and the cashiers were helpful and friendly. All of the employees were eager to help and their smiling faces showed it. Chick-fil-a is known for it’s second mile service and everyone seemed to genuinely want to be there. They employees didn’t seem to get annoyed with the people taking their time ordering or being a difficult customer. A few of the customers seemed to be taking a little longer than normal to find what they wanted to eat.
Taco Bells currently one of the top prominent Mexican fast food chains in the United States.
I believe that when it comes to the best friendly service, appearance and especially food, Longhorn Steakhouse exceeds all expectations in every category. This family casual dining restaurant has been around for over 30 years, and is still thriving with a constant flow of happy customers. I have been there several times with my family and friends. I usually go for dinner, but Longhorn Steakhouse is also a great lunch place. I always leave with a full, and that is very satisfying for me.
The article is talking about how Taco bell is inventing something that was supposedly existing. But taco bell had different ways of selling their quesalupas to people, their target market is usually the younger crowd looking for cheap good tasting food. So of course the people are going to go to taco bell, and try everything new that they come out with. Taco bell was striving to be different from other fast food places and brain wash teens into thinking their fast food, food, is better than all of the other fast food places. The article says that they are trying to copy REAL Mexican food, and taco bell is brainwashing people into thinking they are coming out with all of this “NEW” Mexican food. When in reality it is all just copied from old
Any Chipotle I have always gone to have always had good service. Their employees are great. There is never a sour moment when you ask for anything, they are always kind and welcoming. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile when I step up to order. Even if the employee serving you has had a bad day it never shows, you would never know. Despite the lines being basically out the door every time you come (which is the only downside to coming here), the wait time can give you a headache. It is worth it, because Chipotle for sure serves fast food; they usually have three employees working to serve the food. One to get what you order prepared, one to add what extras you and to finish packing it and one to cash you out. The menu is very easy to read and figure out what you want. They have all of the print on the menu in white and big font so it makes it simple for everyone to read. So there isn’t any trouble ordering what you want. They have many different options to choose from as well. You don’t always have to get the burrito.
Panera Bread’s atmosphere is enjoyable. The employees and the managers keep the restaurant clean at all times. When I walked into the restaurant for the first time there were visible employees wiping off the table and sweeping. Panera Bread has almost no trash visible around the entire restaurant. Looking around, there were no trash cans in sight; they were hidden by doors and cabinets. Panera Bread receives ample amount of customers a day keeping the restaurant clean is important, but the workers keep everything running smoothly as well. While waiting in a moderately long line, the employees immediately noticed the incoming rush and started working as a team to get the customers and myself in and out. Along with the workers helping to make the line move faster, the customers in line around me are keeping conversation. We are entertaining each other making the wait time appear shorter. With the great customers and keeping the restaurant clean, Panera Bread workers and managers keep the restaurant well managed. The noise level is separated by the location of dining. In front of me a group a friends decided to have lunch at a table laughing and enjoying themselves and a woman behind me chose to eat alone while reading a book, sitting in a quiet corner. More importantly the manager was always walking around making sure tables were clean, and trash was not i...

Furthermore, our food sourcing is a rewardable effort and it is what we and our customers respect.
Eating has been one a great joy to me my entire life. It is a huge portion of everyone’s day, and for most, happens at least three times a day. If we eat three meals a day every day for a year that is one thousand and ninety five meals! With all these meals we need a nice place to sit down and enjoy it. Whenever I get hungry, I always find myself at Chick-fil-a; well, at least five times a week. The familiar sights, comforting scents, and soothing sounds of Chick-fil-A that make it the birthplace of happiness.
From a study completed by Chicago-based Research International USA completed a study called “Fast Food Nation 2008. Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant that was founded by Glen Bell in 1962. In a very competitive market for hamburgers, Glen went away from the trend and started his first Taco Bell restaurant in Downey, California where he had an immediate interest from people in the city. After the success that Glen had faced after opening up his restaurant, he was ready to let others benefit from his success and that is when the franchising of Taco Bell began. Five years after opening the first Taco Bell, PepsiCo won the right to Taco Bell and it then became a national corporation on Wall Street. Today, there are roughly 5,600 restaurants, 350 franchisees, and 150,000 employees that Taco Bell currently has and although Glen passed away in 2010, his franchise will be lived on through the taco forever (tacobell.com)
The term “fast-food” is usually distinguished by food served very quickly to a customer by drive-through or carry-out. Fast-food restaurants are highly associated with low-cost and malnutrition foods with brief consumer and employee interaction, and below average cleanliness based on restaurant health inspection reports. Chick-fil-A has changed the usual perception of fast-food restaurants. Rather than burgers and potato fries, Chick-fil-A serves chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Chick-fil-A also shows their appreciation for employee to customer relations, rather than ignoring the social aspect of serving customers when operating at a fast pace. Chick-fil-A’s menu selection, customer interaction, and clean eating
College and University Food service is having its moment and was viewed as recently as twenty years ago as dowdy, bland and institutional. In a survey of C&U foodservice operators conducted last summer, Y-Pulse found that the biggest change seen in student expectations over the prior year was an increased desire for healthful and fresh items. Most students now don't grow up eating at home forever, or wait until mom is done cooking, walk in and ask “what’s for dinner”. They grow up eating Thai, Mexican, and Indian and from authentic ethnic restaurants, not Taco John's or Taco Bell. They have much higher expectations, which means we have to kick things up a bit. The new generation they are calling the Z generation is in evaluation and colleges
