Proof of this hypothesis was shown in Colin K. Drummard’s study “TEAM-BASED LEARNING TO ENHANCE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION” (AAIC, 18). Team based learning often is a ability honed by entrepreneurs because they have the ability to problem solve and adapt to a variety of situations. When looking through this trait, students apart of the study could have” increased workloads… simultaneous coaching and evaluation… enhance engagement” (AAIC, 21). An entrepreneurial success will depend on some determinants such as attitudes, behaviors, management skill and know how etc. Drucker (1985) explored entrepreneurs are exclusive individuals with pre-determined features. He strongly supports the behavioral approach by ignoring the psychological approach to entrepreneurship. He argued that entrepreneurship is a behavioral pattern rather than a personality trait and something that an individual can be learned so that they can, indeed, learn how to behave entrepreneurially. Entrepreneurs are taking risk through decision making. Barkam, (1989); Henry, (2003) they also agreed views of Drucker and Schultz of behavioral approach. Gartner (1989) also criticized the traits approach to entrepreneurship and claimed that entrepreneurs creates an organization where as non-entrepreneur does not. He vies personality traits of traits as ancillary to his /her behavior. Entrepreneurship is still all about the creation of an organization, they performing series of actions which ultimately result in the set up a new venture. He also recommends that researcher should observe managerial behaviors (mintzberg, 1973) and entrepreneurs in the process of creating organization and specific roles which are performed during the actions. Entrepreneurs should have good managerial skills
Entrepreneurs are different from the ordinary person, and their skills, abilities, motives and experiences all factor into what a serious entrepreneur would be. A central part that ensures entrepreneurs become successful is the way they think, and a crucial aspect of their success is their decision making process. “The failure is the mother of success” this Chinese quote said that failure is not the end. Failure is where people learn from their mistake. People cannot be successful all the time. Indeed, there are many people who learned from their failures before being successful. Each failure that people had met is a helpful lesson and valuable experience to help them become a better person.
Entrepreneurship can be defined as the process of buiding ,creating, sustaining and initiating a venture from pratically nothing, in the sense of uncertainty and risk ,and having the ability to succeed against all difficulties. Many people dream of becoming entrepreneurs someday. But it made me realize that there other factors that needs to be taken into consideration. We need to ask ourselves are we ready to take the challenge to the outside world. Not everyone have the vision, innovation and creativity to become an entrepreneur. The individual must have a positive attitude and accept the responsibility, have discipline to meet their goals, and take action when the opportunity presents itself. Many prefer a job security and rely on a weekly paycheck, while entrepreneurs will take risks and doesn 't have that luxury to know the amount of their income.

Entrepreneurs have a curiosity that identifies overlooked niches and they are constantly trying to innovate (Robinson, 2014). They imagine another world and have the ability to communicate that vision effectively to investors, customers and staff.

Being an entrepreneur, is advanced citizenship, you have to want it real bad. Entrepreneur is not entitlement. Being an entrepreneur is a life commitment. Like in the movie Wall Street, a famous line was "You can 't be a little bit pregnant." The fact is you can 't be an on again, off again entrepreneur.
•The actual reality is that the environment could be potentially stressful as they will be dealing with employees, economic downfall and competition. So the pressure is on to stay afloat.
Entrepreneurship has been described as a “social process involving the efforts of individuals in activities that ultimately have economic implications at a regional and or national level” (O'Connor, 2013, p.559). Through the new businesses, entrepreneurs provide solutions to the problems that exist in the society. The entrepreneurs identify opportunities, develop new businesses and thereby ‘driving the economies forward through innovation, competence, job creation and by generally improving the wellbeing of the society’ (Cuervo, et al., 2007).
