The road to gaining admission to medical school and becoming a physician is long, difficult, and intensely competitive. Once admitted, however, medical students spend the first two years primarily in laboratories and classrooms learning basic medical sciences. They also learn how to take medical histories, perform complete physical examinations, and recognize symptoms of diseases. During their third and fourth years, the medical students work under supervision at teaching hospitals and clinics. Following medical school, new physicians must complete a year of internship that emphasizes either general medical practice or one specific specialty and provides clinical experience in various hospital services. Physicians then continue in residency training, which lasts an additional three to six years, depending on the specialty. Immediately after residency, they are eligible to take an examination to earn board certification in their chosen specialty. Most traditional specialties include the following: anesthesiologist, cardiologist, dermatologist, family practitioner, gastroenterologist, internist, neurologist, oncologist, pathologist, psychiatrist, pulmonologist, and urologist

Career Cruising also noted that before surgery, anesthesiologists consult with patients and make decisions
First I would like to state that any career in a medical field takes a lot of dedication and many hours studying and it is not for everyone. I would also like to say once an individual has made a career out of it the job has long hours and can be very stressful, so I suggest readers to not consider a career in medicine unless you are genuinely interested in the work, and are not in it just for the money.
The required level of education is a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. Also, you need some form of field work, a PANCE, and a PA-C. This will take from six to eight years at an accredited educational program and some form of medical school. Bls.gov provided that this training will cost $65,000 approximately. Some important qualities I need to possess are communication skills, compassion, detailed orientation, emotional stability, and problem solving skills. The idea of taking care of someone and providing assistance to a complete stranger is something not many people do. Seeing people at their worst, during a difficult, challenging and frightening moment of their life is not a job many people would take. However, being there for a person at their time of need is what captivates me the most. Nursing, a career I want to pursue and one that is on my to-do list. Being a nurse entails a lot of things; you must be strong, passionate, hardworking, and caring. Becoming a nurse is my ultimate career goal. In the long term a clear-cut decision would be to further continue my education and become an Nurse Anesthetist with a Master's degree.
I consider anesthesiology as a unique area in healthcare requiring specialized skills and knowledge. An anesthesiologist assistant career involves working as a trained non-physician anesthesia provider in cooperation with and under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. Activities include health history taking, carrying out care plans for anesthesia, preoperative physical examination, administering medication, supervising recovery and other responsibilities as assigned by the anesthesiologist. An admission into the anesthesiology assistant program would provide me with the advanced education and prerequisite clinical training that would enable me participate in these patient care roles. I am aware that the training programs for anesthesiology assistants are comparatively few as compared to many other healthcare career options. An admission into an anesthesiology assistant program would represent for me an invaluable opportunity to enter into a unique and challenging area in healthcare, and one in which I am very eager to participate

Just as any doctor, ENT physicians need to have special qualities. The rating that Career Cruiser gave me for this occupation was an A and I agree with that grade. I do really enjoy having the opportunity to help people and I am very interested in learning more about the human body, or being in the medical field at all. Some qualities that I have that are important for a surgeon are; staying clean and organized, interested in learning more new skills that can become useful, helping people with their emotional and physical problems, doing detailed and precise work, providing others with advice or information, and much more. Another important attribute to have that will help with being a surgeon is to have the ability to deal with uncomfortable or gross situation without stressing out or freaking out, which
I chose to be an anesthesiologist as my future career because I find it fascinating and I believe it would be a profession that suits me. Anesthesiologists perform duties such as administering and managing anesthesia during surgery and managing and treating changes in critical life functions, such as breathing, during surgery.
My future career goal is to become an anesthesiologist. An anesthesiologist administers an anesthetic to patients before going into surgery. They also have to keep monitor of vital life signs and make sure everything in the body is functioning properly while under the anesthetic. I think being an anesthesiologist is something I’d enjoy being because I like being in control. I like making sure people are okay and that is specifically what anesthesiologists do; they make sure the patient can’t feel any pain and is comfortable during surgery.
I am also good at working with other people. One thing I will enjoy of being an anesthesiologist is that the patient will be unconscious most of the time so therefore they will not be complaining. As other people in the medical field probably have patients with a list of medical problems they are eager to tell you about. I really do enjoy meeting new people and learning about them. Another thing that makes me suitable to be an anesthesiologist is that I love being able to work with gadgets and advanced
