When humans compare and contrast learning theories such as your behaviors, cognitive, sociocultural, and humanistic perspectives it plays a big role in our lives. The social learning and cognitive behavioral has a significant impact on our lives because both deals with development aspects of life. The behavior theory deals with occurrences responses of a different environment. Psychologist, Skinner theorized behavior as, a learning occurrences responding to stimuli and that is depending on the type of reinforcement ( Skinner ,1953). Cognitive theory emphasis on the person childhood and history giving insight through the thought process. This program was thirteen months long and rewarding. While, on this journey it was challenging, it made me be disciplined throughout the entire program. Nonetheless, my girlfriend was the motivation that kept me on this journey, because now the program was creditable, and the degree was for real and if she could do it, I felt that I could accomplish it as well. So, I finished the Criminal Justice Program with an emphasis’s in legal studies. My grades were also wonderful, I earned eight A’s, and three B’s. This was a great accomplishment and I would say my girlfriend was the biggest motivation, because she achieved her Master’s, and I wanted to do the same and I did. Cognitive learning believes in the internal process; this information is integrated into ones intellectual structure. One phase of information that is important is that the patient has to learn the overall picture of what the task sequences involves. When I finished my Master at GCU I encouraged my children to get their college degrees. I was the first out of 13 children to graduate college and I was the first in my family to receive my Master’s. In May of 2016 my son will be the first male in my whole family to have a college degree and my daughter will be the first of all her female cousins to have a college degree. I am proud of the steps I took that lead my family and I am on a successful path. I was motivated because I did not give up ,I wanted too, because at times it seemed so impossible ,but God told me that I can do it and I knew I had it in me. I felt anxiety, denial, intellectualization and regression; all are a type of humanistic approaches that deals with human feeling and reactions. But , I didn’t give up ,and now I have two more generations in my immediate family that will have degrees ,just because I did not give up on my
