Do you remember having history on your schedule, and when you got in the class every year it never changes, just another boring class with students who just want to skip it and a teacher who really doesn’t want to be there either. History has traditionally played a role in lots of high schools around the nation because when they get to college they say the same thing. The reason this is such a big deal because graduation requests vary from state to state, but most states still require a student to take three social science credits including a US History class and a World History class in order to graduate. In response to this, I have to say history should be taught differently. Because some people find it easier to connect with, meaning that it’s an emotional state of mind behind it. But not knowing that history is connected on a personal and emotional level which makes it more efficient to others more than most. In the past things were done and gave us a perception of the world, but when mistakes don’t teach us anything, it becomes useless. And children in school don’t really pay attention in dull history classes and still manage to pass the test their given. History should be open to those who are interested, because interest is a much more powerful tool then blind facts. If you were to become a farmer, doctor, vet, or every a business man or women then there not going to ask when the French army got into the new world, or even when Abraham Lincoln became president and we learn the same stuff over and over again when is it going to end. I don't think history should be taught in school unless the students want to learn it. History is so thoughtless and a waste of time. Why should we learn it? They
