Taking any type of personality test can lead to a lot of thought and reflection on yourself, how you live, and how you interact with other people. I have taken some personality tests in the past that seemed to have been way off from what I believed about myself. This could be in part because I took them at a younger age and didn’t really “know” myself at that time. The results of the JUNG Typology test and the DISC Assessment actually proved to be fairly accurate to how I view myself today. I am also good at calming people when they are upset, which is part of the reason I chose to become a Social Worker. My score for “C” (cautiousness) was high average which was once again fairly accurate for me. I like activities that require me to think critically and I prefer attention to detail, and keeping my home and work space clean. I felt that overall, the DISC Assessment was very accurate for me aside from just a few sections. Conclusion I was surprised at the accuracy of the JUNG Typology Test and DISC Assessment. It was amazing to me that in just a few questions, the analysis painted a pretty accurate picture of who I am and how I am with very few things that I would disagree about my personality traits. I did enjoy taking the tests and reading the results, and I hope that I will be able to use the information that I gained to help me learn even more about myself and therefore be able to
