Self-assessment
Based on my self-evaluation I have found that I possess many strengths; one of which is my ability to manage time. Being able to manage my time is beneficial to my future because it is an attribute that is highly desired by employers when recruiting employees. With this being one of my strengths, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines will be done with great quality and in a timely manner. I also strongly believe that I possess great leadership. With this strength, I can be an adequate team leader, help with company projects and ultimately progress to my desired position as a CEO. This is seemingly an important attribute of a CEO and one that I feel will continue to develop as I gain experience within the work field. I have seen this strength displayed when dealing with my peers in instances where I’ve had to make independent decisions that influenced the entire group. A strength that a CEO must possess is the ability to remain optimistic. Personally, I believe I have an optimistic mind-set. This strength has displayed itself in instances that involved scoring below the mark I had intended. I have had to push past the disappointment and look forward to goals ahead that would somehow supplement the disappointing grade. This optimistic mind-set may also be brought over into the work-field where I’m possibly faced with a failed business venture. Afterall, for every setback, there is a comeback. Communication is a skill and strength that is extremely necessary for all areas, whether it be business or personal life. I believe my ability to communicate is one of few weaknesses. Whether it be verbal and non-verbal, communication is essential in the workforce.
