In the article of Richard Darville, he states his main ideas that literacy is not simply a skill or activity, it can be a form of empowerment for a person. Darville explain the differences between narrative literacy and organizational literacy. Narrative literacy is record things or knowledge from personal experience, organizational literacy is not about personal experience but managing and regulated literacy.
