And lastly, I would recommend for communication, would be that I make it a point to take a few minutes every day and try to connect with my employees. See how they are doing at work and personally. See what’s going on in their lives, and keep that line of communication open. I want to let them know that I am paying attention to them and make them feel appreciated. Not just that I’m so focused on my own job and tasks that I can’t take some time for them too. Just make sure that they know that they can talk to me whenever they need to.
