How to Format Your Hard Drive
You had a long day at work; the traffic is bumper to bumper on the freeway. You are almost home and you get pulled over and cited a speeding ticket. You finally get home and get on your computer to research some lawyers to get out of that speeding ticket and your computer seems to be not acting right. Well it is time to format the hard drive.
If you are like most computer owners, you understand how frustrating and expensive a computer can be. Taking your computer to the repair shop and paying high technician fees can be a thing of the past. Follow my directions and you will not ever have to worry about keeping your computer running again.
Before you begin, you need to have a computer and a basic understanding of how it operates. You will need a few 3.5-inch floppy disks, a startup disk, and an operating system disk. The startup disk is a disk that was made especially for your computer. It tells the computer what hardware it has and which type of operating system is going to be installed.
The operating system disk is, for most personal home computers, Microsoft Windows. Today the Windows versions would most likely be Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 S.E., Windows ME, Windows 2000, or Windows X.P. If you have the floppy disks, the startup disk and the operating system disk then you are ready for the next step.
Now, you need to decide which (if any) information you do not want erased. This information will be saved on a 3.5-inch floppy. To save on a 3.5-inch floppy you need to insert the disk into the skinny hole on your tower making sure to keep the shiny side down. The drive that you inserted the disk into is called the A-drive. After your disk is inserted into the A-drive open the file you wish to save. Click on the word file and a drop down menu appears. On the drop down menu you will see a list of options. Click on save as. Another window will open and ask you where you would like to save the file and what you would like to name it. Type the name of the file and click on A-drive 3.5 floppy. Do this with everything that you do not want to lose. When you have finished saving, take a deep breath.
The next topic that is discussed is the topic of visual representations made by the computer such as pictures, so it speaks of how images are transferred into binary code and then reformed to create a rendering of the image. The resolution of this image is based on how many pixels the display has the more pixels the higher the resolution. The next point that of which the chapter speaks about is what happens to deleted data files. After data has been deleted the users think that it is gone. However, when data is deleted the blocks it is comprised of that are no longer part of any files are added to a “pool” of available disk blocks. This makes them accessible, if the binary code that formed the data was zeroed insead then they couldn’t be accessible. the data of the used blocks are saved to add these blocks to another file where to be reinstated into the computer in a data file. These blocks can be seen by anyone who has this knowledge, and these blocks can contain sensitive personal information that was deleted for a reason such as: account usernames, account passwords, bank account numbers, and
There are lots of American and other countries’ movie act in the New Zealand cinemas. Sometimes the actors eat the product from McDonald’s in the movie and it cause into lots of people who watch the movie want to go to McDonald’s.
Well, Before anything else, here is a few names of components that need to be known to not be completely lost. The CPU(Central Processing Unit) (It processes everything from basic instructions to complex functions.) (Techterms.com). The Hard drive (the location of all the computer’s folders, files, and information, saved magnetically so even if turned off it’ll all stay saved). The RAM (Random Access Memory) (The more RAM your computer has, the more data can be loaded from the hard drive into the RAM, which can effectively speed up your computer.)(Techterms.com), The OS (Operating System) (just what it sounds like, this is the system that works the computer, as in Windows, Linux, and Apple OS.) The Graphics card (helps the CPU by processing the graphics portion of what the CPU has to process). The Disk Drive( this is the CD,DVD, or Blu-Ray driver that is installed to use CD’s DVD’s and or Blu-Ray disks.) The last major term to know is the Motherboard ...
There are multiple examples of expectancy theory. But, I will only talk about vroom’s theory as an example. Vroom's expectancy theory “assumes that behavior results from conscious choices among alternatives whose purpose it is to maximize pleasure and minimize pain” (If.eng.cam.ac.uk). Vroom shows that he understands that a representative's execution depends on individual components, for example, identity, attitudes, information, experience, and capacities. He expresses that although the employees may have a different set of goals, they can be motivated if they believe that:
Motivation of employees is important to any organization’s success. The process of work motivation can initiate performance of employees (Clark, 2003). The best approach to fostering motivation has shown to be the satisfaction of the employees (Heathfield, 2014). Employees are more likely to engage in work when they know what to expect from the work, are given the resources to complete the tasks, are given ample opportunities to grow their own knowledge and within the company, have moderate feedback about their work, and feel like they are an asset to the organization (Shuck, & Wollard, 2008). Also, companies must be sure to avoid things like unfairness and other elements that deter motivation.
There are many factors that can affect the overall success of a business. Yet, few are as important to understand and master as employee motivation. This is because a highly motivated workforce translates into increased productivity which helps ensure that the business reach its goals. Business owners who are smart make sure that a well thought out and tested motivation strategy is firmly embedded into the business model. Further, they are sure to consider how major decisions could affect their staff. In order to gain a better understanding of what drives the motivation of an employee, we must examine where motivation comes from both from a physical and psychological perspective, review the various theories of motivation, the importance
... and outputs will influence people’s motivation, in other words, if the expectancy was satisfied, it will increase motivation. Employees’ fairness also related to the comparison between their own rewards and others. People feel their rewards are equal to the reference people, then they subjectively fell fair which will lead to higher motivation. As the four theories’ advantages and drawbacks are obvious, need’s theory do not build to the right relationship between satisfaction and motivation, expectancy and equity theories refer to reward need to suit individuals’ needs, which connected to Maslow and Herzberg’ needs theory. Thus, management should critical use these four theories, considering employees’ needs, tying the rewards with performance and correctly access the fairness amidst employees, therefore comprehensively understand employees’ motivation.
They are targeting all aged customers for these products because that’s not much costly everyone can buy that. It will increase the sale and as well as the profit.

The next step is putting the computer together. First you will need to put the
“The hierarchical theory of human motivation developed by Andrew Maslow (1943, 1954, 1968) is the most paradoxical of all the current approaches to work motivation” (Pinder, 2008, p. 71). Maslow advocates that under distinctive situations, special classes of needs are essential for one to reestablish stability. Moreover, he stated that arrangements are done hierarchically for classes of needs and are organized hierarchically. However, as soon as one of the hierarchies of needs becomes satisfied it ceases to be important. The hierarchy of needs contains five levels;
The motivation theory when applied to the case shows that there is a lack of job empowerment. When there is a positive work environment with job equality amongst the employees and a good reward system the employees existence needs would be easily met .Employees thrive on relatedness needs such as better communication, teamwork, mutual respect and conflict management within the workplace. Employees feel satisfied when employers satisfy their lower level needs, with that employees feel motivated to grow and achieve with the assistance of a good job structure and effective training to improve growth needs. (Anyim, Chidi and Badejo.2012,38) suggested that “In order to elicit better performance, motivational factors must be accorded high priority and employed properly as an essential ingredient for organizational progress and survival especially in the current day turbulent operating environment” Therefore, assembly line balancing (Otto and Scholl 2011), job rotation scheduling and positive well managed work environment can lead to a significant improvement of worker well-being and productivity resulting in enhancement of job satisfaction and improvement in productivity of work (Neumann et al. 2006; Lodree et al.
McDonalds also modified its menu to healthier alternatives, they stayed all junk food, but added: yoghurt, salads, sugar-free fruit drinks and more chicken products, fruits, pie, cookie, omelet, burrito, oatmeal, many varieties of drinks: Mountain Berry Blast, Dr. Pepper, and Smoothie (mcdonalds.com, 2016). McDonalds provide special offers according to traditions and local preferring. For example: Korea's shrimp burger, Portugal's soups, Hong Kong's pasta, Asia's McRice burger, France's desserts, Middle East's McArabia (Schlossberg,
Research has shown that motivation in an employee is an important factor which determines his performance. Motivation is the “driving force within individuals” (Mullins, 2007, p. 285). It is the concerned with finding out the reasons which shape and direct the behaviour of the individuals. The people act to achieve something so that they can satisfy some needs (Gitman and Daniel, 2008). It is important for the manager to understand this motivation of individual employees in order to inspire them and devise an appropriate set of incentives and rewards which would satisfy the needs that they have individually (Kerr, 2003). Once these needs are expected to be met in return for some specific behaviour or action, they would work more diligently to have that behaviour in them and to achieve that objective (Meyer and Hersovitch, 2001). Since it would lead to early and fuller achievement of the company objectives as the individual would work more diligently, it would lead to better organizational performance (Wiley, 1997).
