The act of Learning is a life long process used every day to acquire knowledge or skill. Being that it is a process used every day, it is important to understand how individuals learn and how to take advantage of one’s personal learning style to achieve optimal results. How to increase student and teacher success as well as how to create a positive and more effective learning environment will be discussed. Everyone is made uniquely, each with their own intelligence, gifts and personalities so it is not inconceivable that everyone would also possess their own style of learning.
