According to Peter Drucker, entrepreneurs are made. This statement was supported by Wilson Harrel that believe entrepreneur are made through education system and joint collaboration between parents and child as well as through government effort ( program pembangunan keusahawanan).
For this question we would like to propose two views from a very professional and well known expert in the field of entrepreneurship who has done their research regarding this particular issue. The first view is from James V. Koch, a board of visiting professor of economics and president emeritus at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, who believe that entrepreneurs are born. His research has shown that critical personality characteristics such as willingness to take risks and the ability to tolerate ambiguity and uncertainty are heritable in his respondent up to 60 percent. In addition he said that the most important thing is to look at the existence of the ability to take risks. He also said that basic biological evidence suggests that there are the existing factors which can triggers someone to be an entrepreneur.
Next, the second view is propounded by Julian Lange is a senior professor of entrepreneurship at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass who believe entrepreneurs are made. He said that his research had shown that two thirds from the 4000 alumni of whom taking core elective courses on entrepreneurship had been affected positively to be entrepreneurs in their future undertaking. He was on the opinion that education helps those people to be more receptive towards entrepreneurship since education is capable to change someone perspective towards personal life business.

... person to become a successful entrepreneur. Besides that, persistence, patient and has a passion in what you are doing are personality traits which were not possess originally during birth. It has to be developed upon a person grow up. Therefore, it can also be said that attitude is the most important personal characteristic and it can be trained. Quoted by Thomas Edison, a genius is 1 percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration. Thus an entrepreneur needs to put much effort and with a positive attitude, he or she will become a renowned entrepreneur.
In conclusion, it is immaterial to consider whether a person has ever started a business before, or have started and failed, or come from a non-entrepreneurial family or background. Embrace the positive attitude, perspective and principles will surely make a person to become a successful entrepreneur one day.
