For success in any sphere of life, such as personal, social, academic and in career, communication skills are the crucial features that a person needs in his character. Many studies have shown that people have emotions in public and sometimes they even lack in communication skills. Therefore, generally it is needed practice, training and at least a course during education years to gain knowledge and get better capabilities on communication. So that, these capabilities gained would affect in a bigger number of opportunities of employment and being closer to success. According to Richard Emanuel, the characteristics required to a candidate for a job are social, communication and collaboration skills. Hence, the highest features classified for success and ability of getting a nice job are communication skills. For instance, in business professions’ good communication skills are required to be successful. In addition, communication skills are not only good features required for a job, but also it helps in higher self-esteem and relationships with other individuals. People with these skills are able to offer more opinions and arguments. To add more, family communication has a big role in developing these skills and relationships with the others (1, 2). Besides business communication skills are required every profession, such as medicine. For instance according to Harvard Medical School, the reason, why sometimes patients are not satisfied and change their doctor, is the lack of communication skills of the doctor. Richard Emanuel states that students are not being educated enough for communication skills during their college. Many graduates show scarcity in communication and teamwork skills. Willett mentions, that in law schools usually does not teach students enough in communication skills including the nonverbal communication skills. In a survey from A Boyer Commission is concluded that only 17 percent of students had been required to take a communicational course in their universities, and to add more 27 percent of students were not offered public speaking courses in their universities.
