Truly, this humanly inconceivable mission requires divine strengthening and guidance. Jesus demonstrated an existence of supplication and Spirit reliance, just doing what He heard from the father in heaven. Holy spirit is the absolute driving force for the mission success and growth. No matter how much, as mere humans try for the growth of Church, without the intervention of the Holy Spirit it is very impossible for the certain growth of the Church. On all occasions, Our church mission goal should be portrayed by supplication and dependence on the Spirit, we should look for the will of the father in each circumstance for adequate extend of our ways and means. we should likewise accept his transcendence and his divine encounter. As far as I have seen in the mission field, there is a popular thought in the world, where they say the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. So even in those mega churches, and other preaching that related to wealth, health and prosperity, plainly seeing the growth of the pastors but a question arises inside of me!, Church pastor grow well and good but how about the lost soul which is get out of the path again and again. Scripture clearly says, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you as per the the biblical truth, first seeking the God’s Kingdom and then other this follows, but ironically, as per my knowledge in the present world, people go back after wealth, health, good living and prosperity, which will go all in vain. If you take a seed, it takes time to grow and likewise the real growth of the church is like the seed, it takes certain ways to grow, before all of that, the seed has to fall on the good soil for proper growth if not church will not have any strong
