The reporting party (RP) Sara Hayes is an employee at 1825 Gillespie Way Ste. 200, El Cajon CA 92022 (619) 672-7593. According to the RP Esteban is non-verbal, with mild epilepsy and intellectual disabilities. Furthermore the RP stated Esteban has substantial behavioral issues. It was reported the youth as resided in the group home since 2014. The RP disclosed on 1/22/17 a staff member (name not provided) reported that another staff member named Winter Easter had it Esteban on the head. It was reported that residents Terri'Aunna Unique Reliford DOB: 9/1/00 and Endia Keairra Wilson DOB: 9/6/01 went AWOL (date not provided). Resident Endia returned to the facility on 2/17/16 and stated that Terri'Aunna was with and 18 year old male named Roy Smaer IV. Endia reported that Roy is a "meth head" and lives in Long Beach. According to the reporting party Endia stated the last time she saw Terri'Aunna (date unknown) she appeared tired, had bags under her eyes, looked high and not bathed. Endia stated that she and Terri'Aunna were with other men named DJ, Carlos, Jamar, Keonte, and Michael (all last names
On March 20th, 2018, I conducted an interview with J2018-0568B at the Butler County Juvenile Office. Prior to any questioning, J2018-0568B was read and explained the juvenile Miranda Warning by Juvenile Officer Salyer. J2018-0568B was accompanied by his grandmother (legal guardian) and his brother's girlfriend (power of attorney) during the interview.
CCIB received SOC 341 from reporting party (RP) stating that resident Sam Bordeaux (DOB: 02/25/40) was sent to the hospital by staff who stated that they could not handle the resident's level 4 dementia and aggression. When the resident was medically stable for discharged from ED, staff at the facility refused to accept the resident back into the facility. RP stated that the facility is not taking the proper channels for eviction and they are not assisting with arranging for higher level of care for the resident.
On September 21, 2015, I was assigned this case to follow up. This case involves Ms. Hadja Bah a thirteen year old Francis Hammond School student. Ms. Bah has a previous runaway history and refuses to follow curfew set at home. Hadja had runaway several times (15-138346/15-121625/15-118272) which I have investigated several of the incidents. CPS investigator Ms. Alice Keany did a family assessment for the Bah family.
Per psychologist, Quadir can be placed back into a regular class, however Quadir’s behavior is causing him to do poorly on some test and exams. Per psychologist, Quadir is at risk for hyper activity and aggression. Per Psychologist, Quadir has a behavioral problem which make him at risk for behavioral modification services. The psychologist remanded for Quadir to continue to receive behavior intervention services. Ms. Wingate stated, that Quadir is a good student, like school and is friendly. Per Ms. Wingate, Quadir is working on goals at school which includes, improving reading, math, and behavior conflict and utilizing coping skills. Per Ms. Wingate Quadir is in need of a 504 accommodation plan during test taking because of his ADD. Per Ms. Wingate Quadir can become very aggressive with his peers and teachers when he get angry. Per Ms. Wingate Quadir can become very non complaint, use profanity, and abusive when he get upset. The coordinator ]from One & One Youth Services, stated, that he would be requesting for Quadir to receives duel service, which includes, Day treatment and continual IIH services from Progressive Care

The Corps of Discovery achieved many great things during their expedition. They formed values on cooperation, befriended the Indians, and mapped the west. To completely understand the gravity of how important the explorer’s greatest achievement, mapping the west, truly is, then greatness needs to be defined. The dictionary defines greatness as “the property possessed by something or someone of outstanding importance or eminence.” This being said, mapping the west was the Corps of Discovery’s most important and great achievement.
Thank you for your email. Preparation for my first MCAT was juggled with working as an EMT for Rutgers Emergency Services. During that time I was able to budget for an extended Christmas break (6 weeks of limited work to study), but with the knowledge that I'd have to pick up extra shifts before and after the break to make sure I was able to make rent and pay for other necessities. I had planned to take this MCAT during my senior year, knowing that I’d take a gap year to attend graduate school. While I was disappointed with my first score, it was not until my acceptance into Oxford that I decided to try another time. We are a private security company which is specialized in protecting our little ones, we work in private schools. We are hired by private contractors and right now we are working with 100 private schools. In this company, we have plans for any type of attack that can happen in New York. We have around 1,500 employees who go through a physical and psychological evaluation before they start working with us. Those are people with experience, meaning they had worked with the NYPD or have some type of knowledge about the military and law enforcement.
Reporting party (RP) received a call from a "whistle blower", Regina Horn, who stated that she is a former employee of this facility. Ms. Horn reported that the administrator has been verbally and physically abusing the 3 residents that reside in the home: Brandy Venn (DOB: 08/02/81), Kristal Murphy (DOB: 05/03/95) and Ashton Murphy (07/31/93). Ms. Horn stated that the administrator yells at the residents and even uses a belt to hit them. Ms. Horn stated that she worked at the facility for 3 months until 07/19/17 because she could not take it anymore. As the EAI team was discussing Molly’s case, one of the ED Residents made a few telephone calls. Molly’s PCP reported that during her last visit about 2 weeks ago, Mollie was alert and able to respond to questions appropriately. He confirmed that Mollie’s daughter and son in law have experienced psychiatric problems, adding that the son in law has expressed anger regarding Mollie’s living arrangements. The home health care agency was contacted. The RN and aide both report they have never met the son in law and have had very limited contact with Mollie’s daughter. When contacted by telephone, the daughter provided no explanation for Mollie’s extensive bruises noted on admission to the hospital. The daughter stated that Mollie did not fall, but in fact lowered herself to the floor in an effort to draw
This concert is held by the Stony Brook University music department and is to perform seven pieces of music written by seven student composers. The concert is performed in Recital Hall of Staller Center in Stony Brook University. Since it is a small hall, audiences are very close to the performers. In fact, it is the first time I am this close to the performers and the sound for me is so clear and powerful that seems like floating in front of my eyes. Among the seven pieces, “Ephemeral Reveries” and “Gekko no mori” are piano solo, “Two Songs for Joey” is in piano and marimba, “Suite” and “Fold Duet No. 1” are in woodwinds, “Elsewhere” is played by string groups, and “e, ee, ree, and I was free” is in vocal. Personally, I like the sound of piano and guitar the best. Therefore, in the latter part I will analysis two pieces in piano, “Gekko no mori” and “Two Songs for Joey”.
