9/22/16 Today I'm going to North Carolina and Tennessee with my family to see Cades Cove. We are only staying for three days. We packed up the car and left. It will take us a couple hours to get there. About thirty minutes into the ride I was already bored and ready to get out of the car. The size of the Great Smoky Mountain National park is 816 Square miles so that's pretty big for a park but there is a lot of things to do there. I really want to see a black bear or a fox while we are there but I don't know if that will happen since we are only staying for three days. A couple hours later we made it to the park. We started looking for a spot to set up are camp. We found a good spot right in the middle of everything so we started unloading and setting up are camp. After we got done we decided to walk around and see what was near us. I found a little trail that we decided to go on we had about 30 minutes of day light left. The trail went to a little mountain top that had a pretty cool view. We headed back to the camp and we were deciding were we should go tomorrow. So we packed up some cloths and water and started on are bike ride. We were riding on a very muddy and rough trail we found a little creek that two or three people were fishing in so we checked it out and the continued are bike ride. A little further up the trail it was really muddy and my dad wrecked and face planted into the mud and again of course I have to get some pictures of that. My dad got all cleaned up and a little further up the trail there was another creek to fish out of so we tried fishing there for a little bit but we didn't catch anything. So we headed back down the trail and went to the other creek to fish and we caught four good size fish. We packed the fish up and headed back to are camp to clean them and cook
I shouldn’t have a quinceanera , what’s so important you turning fifteen having a huge party having a big dress , food , make-up , and hair done . every one turn fifteen and some people don’t make a huge party and go all out just for you turning a age , it’s not a big deal turning fifteen you still a teen you're not an adult yet , your still a kid.
We sat there for a few more minutes then I got up and yelled for everyone to get ready to start moving again. I donned my pack and tightened the straps, and after making sure everyone else was ready, started off down the winding trail to the night’s campsite.
For some people seeing a white-tail deer is magnificent. In Key West they have key deer. I doubt that in New York your going to wake up first thing and see a deer. The Canyon has many animals, including woodpeckers, wild turkey, warblers, armadillos, raccoons, red foxes, and red squirrels. The animals I have listed are all in the park. You may want to walk down the clearly marked trails by yourself or you could ask a park ranger to take you on a tour. You even can camp overnight at designated camping spots. When you want to hike you can trek up the sides to the top and gets an almost bird's eye view. When you go back down everything will seem and a lot
My uncle and I started getting everything setup so we could start fishing. I grabbed my fishing rod, placed the bait on the hook, unfolded my chair, and waited for a fish. Me, Donna, my daughter, Gina, and her friend, Jenny got stranded in the middle of one of the most dangerous places in the world. There was nothing even remotely green, the place was a desert, and it had an area of 3 million acres. We were going to drive to a landmark but we must have taken a wrong turn once we hit the mountains, I tried the GPS but that got us more lost. Then our supplies including gas ran out and we have been walking ever since.
Eight and a half hours away in Destin, Florida, my family went camping at Topsail Hill Campground. We go camping with our family friends every Thanksgiving, who have 3 older boys who love to do daring stunts on their bikes. So, my brother and I decided we wanted to try some too. We went into the middle of the forest where there was a path near a steep drop that was perfect for biking. We started off easy and did some bunny hops and wheelies to get warmed up. Suddenly, I had this great idea to learn how to ride without my hands. My brother and I kept practicing all day. I eventually got the hang of it, but my brother was getting very frustrated because he couldn't get it. He was getting so mad and reckless that he slipped and feel down the steep hill getting clobbered by his bike. Luckily, he didn't break anything, except for his bike. What we didn't see was the huddle of turkeys staring my brother down ten feet away from him. The turkeys starting slowly walking towards the little traumatized boy lying on the dirt, and eventually started pecking at him. The other three boys and I ran down there to shoo them away from my brother. Once it was all settled down we laughed about it and told our parents. That was my favorite Thanksgiving memory.
Everyone wishes for a magical day in their life where they could be a princess for a day. Some wish to have a fluffy, long and pink dress, or a crown on their head. I always wished and wished that I could be that princess. On March 28th of 2015, that wish came true.

I saw animals like lizards and snakes and even saw a hawk. I noticed some cool plants like cacti. After 4 hours of walking I saw brought life to me. It was the Needles, a main feature of the Canyonlands. These features of the park are what made it a national treasure. The beautiful and weird rock formations, the skyscraping canyons, and the intricate layout is what makes this a national park. I walked about another half an hour to the pointed rocks. They really did also looked needles. There were many tourists hiking along the path and a plaque talking about the history of the Canyonlands. There was also a ranger who had a set of my maps. When we got there we met our tour guide. She greeted us very nicely and friendly. She introduced herself and told us that her name was Alexa. She told us all about the park. She told us that the park was 97% wilderness and that there were tons of animals such as ( bears, mules, gray foxes, squirrels, bobcat, etc.). I wasn't sure if my friends made it out, but I knew I was bugging out. I must have drove fifty miles per hour over the speed limit while drunk. Once I realized I was safe, I went to park the car to process the information. Everything was very buzzy. Apparently I put the car in neutral not park. I happened to be on a down hill going into the lake. I was so confused it wasn't until I was wet up to my chest that I realized what was happened. I quickly got out and swam to shore and watched as my car was swallowed by the lake.
