Amazon's main business objective is to provide its customers a look to new levels and long term business. It's long term goal is to focus on price-cuts with lower margins in the short-run, leading to more benefits and profits in the long run. Amazon is constantly improving, the company implemented policies to reduce consumer transaction costs and developed strategies to increase demand and supply. Amazon has been gradually building barriers for market entry for their competition with their low prices and the plethora of information it collects on its millions of customers.
