Writing and the writing process are taught at a young age. As young students, we learn the alphabet so that we can learn to formulate words, which eventually become sentences and then essays or books. The writing process is an important factor when turning sentences into a formal writing piece. It’s taught at an early age because it takes time to fully understand and perfect the process. There are many steps involved that are all essential in constructing a well written and thought out paper. These steps will follow a student all way to college, and even into ones career upon graduating. Personally, I’ve learned the importance of using this specific process to expound on a topic and over the years it has helped in the maturity of my writing.
Communication is varies throughout the world causing people everywhere to communicate in different ways. Writing is a form of communication that does not involve verbal communication. It’s a process of using words to communicate thoughts and ideas in a readable way. Authors communicate their ideas in books, articles, and essays to help a reader understand their point of view. In a broader sense, writing is essentially a form of expression. Writing stimulates the mind to be able to evaluate arguments and to refine ideas. It stimulates one to extend beyond a first impression or a gut response of a particular subject. When one is able to do this, a world of new thinking and communication skills arise. This allows the reader to think more depth about a writing topic. Writing and all of its components are an essential skill.

... be given to a topic that has no personal relation as one that I am passionate about. Another weakness is the lack of presenting clear evidence after coming up with a great argument. Often, the evidence used isn’t clear to the readers as to why I used them. These weaknesses are something that I want to be able to work on going forth in this semester.
In conclusion, writing is used everywhere and it’s important to know how to properly articulate what’s in one head in a readable way for others to understand. It takes time to fully understand the writing process because of how intricate and detailed it is; however, it possible. With my own personal faults, I am learning how to correct them so that my writing in positively affected. We all start at the same beginning process of learning how to formulate words, but it takes practice to become one of the greatest writers.
