Anabolic steroids have been verified to improve muscle mass and strength. Unfortunately experts cannot on what the negative side effects are of performance enhancing drugs are. All drugs run the risk of side effects and abuse, including anabolic steroids and of course any substance can be abused. More studies are needed to look at what these drugs are capable of, but currently are being looked at to help HIVpatients, Cancer patients, or those that want to improve thier genes. Science will always find new methods and improvements so it is only a matter of time until the next breakthough.
