Studying overseas is now popular all around the world. People may not realize how many amount of people are studying overseas nowadays. A report showed that in 2009, there were almost 3.7 million tertiary students enrolling outside their country. This is increasing by a rate of more than 6% on the previous year respectively. And in absolute terms, the largest numbers of international students are from China, India and Korea. Studying overseas is getting more and more popular than the old time. Quality, being independent, being self-reliant and make a good investment for future are the main factors i would discuss in my research.

Quality of the education abroad is the most important factor which causes

Study overseas helps students become more suitable when they start their social life. It is proved by Doctor Xukajia from Oxford University in his research “The circumstance of Chinese students studying in British universities”. The experience of university is, for most new students, a steep learning curve in gaining independence. You have to be able to look after yourself and sort out your own affairs.” It is hard for overseas students to live themselves, it is like baby eagles flying without their mothers. A real life test was held by an International student committee in Germany to show an international student’s change in his self-reliance. The first test was held when a Chinese university student just came for the first two years. The report showed a shocking result that this student did not take part in any work, all the income he got from is oversea transferred. The second test was held in his third year. At the time, he was seeking for jobs and had got a weekly fixed income.in the forth year, an obvious decrease in his weekly

It requires planning, careful management, creativity, perseverance and commitment. Once these are done, then the personal, academic and professional rewards will last a lifetime. This investment is invisible, it slightly changes those students’ life. CV is the best thing to show out their hard work. These students will have a better job opportunity than anyone else in their own country because they are “Returnees”. During the time students study overseas, they will meet a diverse range of people. “Your exposure to many different types of people will not only help you to develop your people skills, but it will also give you a firmer knowledge of others, both friend and foe” said Liu Jia from QingHua university, the head of the social environment department. With the constant development in society, people need to cooperate with others in a variety of fields, instead of working individually. Since a single man’s wisdom and capability is always limited while in contrast a group has unlimited strength, it is very important to cooperate with others. However, many people, especially young students and teenagers do not realize this. Most of students who study overseas could make a great improvement on their awareness of cooperating with others. The research from Liu Jia once more shows that 85% of Chinese international students have a better skill of cooperating with others, it is shown
