Although, there are some organizations that have or have implemented multi-culture training, diversity training, work place violence prevention or a zero tolerance in their policies and procedures, many transgender employees are still faced with discrimination which gives them far as there in an unsafe working environment, which is why they are not willing to disclose their identity change.
