Bernard “Bernie” Sanders, is one of the best candidates for this years 2016 presidential election. He is the junior United States Senator from Vermont. He has demonstrated his passion towards an equal and stabilized country. Sanders is a man who believes in a country that is equal and all voices should be heard. Socioeconomic issues are to be heard of by all people because these issues are what make the people and the country. His propositions to a better socioeconomic country will better the relationships we have with one another. Bernie Sanders is the best person qualified for the U.S. Presidency. Bernie Sanders is promising an opportunity to all Americans to obtain healthcare. Universal health care will be a great relief for those who do not have health care and cannot afford it. Many people and families go on living without having health care because it is too expensive. For those who do not have Health care, are constantly in fear knowing that if they get sick, it complicates the situation of where to go and get help or better themselves because it is so expensive for them. As of right now, there are approximately Over Thirty-Three Million Americans that still do not have insurance, Seven million, which happen to be immigrants coming from poor families. Our country is filled with problems that people are bashing others because their oppinions might differ but that only distances people when we should really be united and fight to fix these problems as a whole, “This country faces enormous problems and they will not be solved unless we are united. Who do you believe should be the winner for the 2016 presidential election? Is Donald Trump the next Adolf Hitler? Ignore the second question, everybody knows the answer is yes. I know that Bernie Sanders is the best option for president for many reasons that I’m about to state and explain. Many think that he speaks the raw truth, but that is simply untrue. Mr. Trump has become an icon of media and entertainment. He will say whatever, whenever to gain attention and poll votes. Bernie stands on the opposite end of the fence. Although he wishes to gain recognition and win the election, he does so for the people, not for himself. I believe that his statements come almost entirely unbiased and from a viewpoint of help rather than gain. He stands tall even among his fellow party rivals, holding to the same facts that he has been preaching since the 90s. Without Vermont’s senator among the mix, I would be very discouraged about the lineup of this year's presidential candidates.
Politicians and news anchors spout nonsense about the human right to free healthcare for everyone. One such demagogue present in today’s liberal biased media is Bernie Sanders. His policy is in support of universal, government mandated, healthcare. He demands that he will “create a universal health care system guaranteeing health care to all people” (Medicare). Healthcare is not a right for anyone. To be a qualified doctor you must pass MED school and pass all the required tests and regulations to become a doctor. This includes over six years of commitment to MED school, and the desire to complete GMAT’s related to the medical field. (Blog). Doctors provide a service, therefore, to demand doctors to provide a service to individuals who simply cannot pay is fiscally irresponsible. It is not fair for doctors to incur the risk of student loans on MED School only to be not paid when they join the workforce. Universal healthcare in America strips the motivation for doctors to provide a service for hardworking Americans who have proper health insurance. Doctors are not paid because universal health care expands health insurance to individuals who make poor life choices, become unhealthy, and cannot afford the service that the doctors provide. It is no surprise that most doctors oppose Obamacare. Two thirds of doctors do not support Obamacare, as shown in a study of 20,000 doctors (Is it True?).
One of the many issues being debated within the United States is whether or not all Americans have the Right to Healthcare. The right to healthcare has been a debated since the beginning of the 20th century. During the 1930s, healthcare for all citizens was being considered by the President and various other national organizations. Several attempts were made to pass legislation on healthcare, but the legislation was unable to get full support by Congress. It wasn’t until the 1960s, legislation was passed as Medicare (The Social Security Act Amendments of 1965), “Although a national health program for all US citizens was not achieved, proponents of the plan continued to advocate for government-funded health insurance by shifting focus to providing coverage to Americans over the age of 65 and the economically disadvantaged.” (ProCon.org 2016) Over the next decades, major changes to the current healthcare system at the time would not occur until 1993 where President Clinton delivered a speech to Congress, in which several months later the Health Security Act was passed. The Health Security Act was the first form of a universal healthcare system within the United States, but it too had its issues and didn’t quite provide healthcare for all citizens. But, during 2010 President Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. As in the previous healthcare law, debate continues on whether or not it guarantees, each citizen the right to healthcare.
Bernie Sanders wants “Medicare for All: Leaving no one behind.” He wants a federally administrated single payer health care program. An integrated system. This would allow the government to stand up to drug companies, negotiate air prices, no copayments, and no more deductibles. It would be income based health care premium, paid by employers.

Around 33 million people living in America were left without health insurance, and in that 33 million just alone 7 million were noncitizen immigrants who came to the United States to better themselves. In the beginning, many people did not give him a chance at the nomination for President but now people are starting to take notice. His plan to stop illegal immigration and cut down on the number of terrorists in America makes him the best man for the job.
