It is widely known fact that overworked workers are less productive, unhealthy and they are much prone to absenteeism. Of course, every employer looks for dedicated and loyal workers. But, it is also important for employees to balance their life. Undoubtedly, there are some ways; employers can encourage their workers to have healthy habits. 1. Have Management Set The Example:- It seems very simple solution to motivate employees to seek for work-life balance – have management set the example. But this usualy come as a major challenge.
