How to make body healthy and live a happy life? In this modern era, everyone wants to be healthy because healthy body has a healthy mind. According to psychologies article” there are many things to do to make a happy and healthier life like get enough sunlight during various seasons, keep hydrated, proper sleep and physical exercises such as walking, resistance exercise and act of kindness, art of appreciation. These are very important to follow to remain healthy and happy.
I think these tips which I discuss earlier make people physically and mentally strong and helps to prevent various diseases.

After sleep, we feel relax and we can able to concentrate more because our mind is totally fresh and we can grab things more easily. According to mental health America “People feel more frustrated and depressed when they are lack of sleep, and there are many accidents occurred on road due to this problem”. There are many strategies to get proper sleep, one of them is going to sleep at same time everyday. A person need to sleep at least 6-8 hours a day to keep mind fresh. As we know excess of everything is bad so if we sleep more than we need, then it can lead to many problems like obesity, laziness and heart problems.

Lastly, the most important thing to make body fit is walking regularly because it gives power to heart. Moreover, it helps to lose our weight and people become flexible. Furthermore, it lowers the risk of various disease diabetics, asthma and avoid heart problems. People feel happy when you got fresh air while walking.
