What makes a fantastic leader? There are many different supporting parts of becoming a great leader but, the most important figure would have to be the ability to take action. Taking action provides the ability to move forward. Without action nothing would happen and people would stand still. A leader must have the ability to see an opportunity and press on to use such an occasion to the fullest value. Most opportunities do not just present themselves. There must be plans of action that must be made to make opportunities. A great leader must take action to progress their group to success.
To become a great leader one must see an opportunity when it may present its self and seize it. If someone does not take advantage of an opportunity they may lose out to an excellent advance. Opportunities present possible leaps forward. To be able to stay determined to take action and seize opportunities is what makes amazing leaders. When Bill Gates dropped out of college with his business partner they found themselves at the right place at the right time ("Bill Gates Biography"). Taking action without a doubt can shove a leader straight to the top of the field they preside. For example say there is a stale session in the community or economy and nothing is happening. Someone that can be described as a pretty good leader would recognize something needs to be done and would make a plan of action that could set their group ahead in that instance.
As a leader of great stature one would have to understand that opportunities most of the time do not just present themselves to people. A great leader would have to be able to make a plan of action and set that plan into action. Relying on opportunities is not the best way to ...

...ility to not only move forward but to stay ahead and dominate the environment chosen. Without action people would stand still and nothing would progress. Leaders of famous stature have all been able to successfully take action in the most beneficial way possible but, nothing lasts forever. Things change and that is why keeping up with competition will help make leaders adapt and act more efficiently.
